URDU-AN EXPLANATORY AND RESEARCH STUDY OF THE JURISPRUDENTIAL RULINGS ON THE TRADE OF FORBIDDEN ITEMS (MUHURRAMAT)

Abstract

The sale and purchase of certain items have been declared haraam in Islamic law. The sale and purchase of some of these items are definitely haraam. The details of the jurisprudential orders of buying and selling will be explained. It should be noted that the basic Shariah teachings regarding such items are as follows:

1) It is also haraam to trade in things that are forbidden in the Shari'ah.

2) It is haraam to buy and sell haraam animals and to earn money from them

3) It is also haraam to earn money by doing something haraam

4) It is haraam to buy or sell items that are haraam.

In this research paper, the details of Shari'ah rules regarding the prohibition of the following items will be explained in light of the Qur'an and Sunnah.

In this article, an attempt has been made to explain the jurisprudential rulings regarding the sale and purchase of items that are not well-known, while the jurisprudential rulings regarding alcohol, usury, etc. are clear.
