Abstract

In respect of honoring women in Islam, it is emphasized to have many other views of their rights - one of their rights is entitled to inheritance that the woman is entitled to۔ scholars know that Among those who inherit inheritance, the number of women has been kept more in comparison to men۔. In the Jewish religion the woman has been deprived of inheritance. He is the mother, sister, daughter or someone else. However, if there is no man, then it will inherit inheritance, as if a son is present, the daughter will not get anything۔ Islam has given the ideal rights to the woman that no civilization or religion could ever give to her. This study concludes a study regarding legacy of women; this is a comparative review in the light of Jewdism and Islam’s commandments.
